The owner Eric C****** has been I the business many years, is very experienced courteous and knowledgeable. He recently quoted me a price on repairing my electric window and after having to do the same job twice (to check motor and then replace the regulator) only charged me the original quoted price. All his service people are more than likely as professional and drug free as he is. Of course he or his staff will come to you as well as being available early in the morning at his office.

Very unprofessional. We scheduled a time for service and they ended up completing the work 4 days later. They did call and let us know it would be a few days later due their work vehicle issue. I told them that would be fine and I understand things happen. Once we picked the vehicle up at my parents house where the work was completed ( only took it there to be closer/ more convenient for them to work on it) we noticed a few issues with the vehicle. There is a large scratch across the top of the truck right above where the windshield was replaced. Some areas of the scratch are as so deep you can see the metal from the truck. There is black glue on areas of the truck where they dripped it while putting in the new windshield and didnt even bother to wipe it up, and the hose to the windshield wipers was disconnected and never connect back up. I have tried to call and never got a response so I texted the man who texted me the day they couldn't come ( I believe the manager or owner, but I could be wrong). I was polite and told him I knew at this point there was nothing that could be done, but just wanted to let him know what had happened and express our concerns. He never responded, but I could see where he had read the message. I sent him pictures and let him know I never got an answer when calling the shop. He told me "we wouldn't of done that." and I "should of let him know the day it happened." I assured him it was absolutely not like that before the work was started and I explained to him since they had to push the date back so many days that we were unable to pick the truck up from my parents house for several days due to my husbands work schedule and we just wanted to let him know what kind of job had been completed (since it was his son who had completed the work.) He responded with a thumps up emoji and nothing else. The whole experience was very unprofessional and we do not appreciate the lack of concern/response.

Came out and replaced 2 windshields, one a 2017 F150 with less then 10,000 miles, now the pickup has a nice black smudge on the headliner. Our rearview mirror is loose, made a call and was told to bring the truck to them and they would glue the mirror back on,which they took off with a prying tool while beating it with a claw hammer we paid them to come out here . As for the black on the headliner, oh well. As a business owner I try to make anything right if a customer is not happy.I realize that is not alway's possible, however we do clean up behind ourselves and we don't do shabby work. We have been in business for 34 years an we strive to satisfy our customer's. I realize now not every business owner has that goal. For the price of almost 600.00 , they are certainly not acting professional.
