Since joining Cassidy's dental practice last year, I've had consistently exceptional experiences. From the moment I walk in, I'm greeted by name and welcomed by the friendly and bubbly reception team. I recently had a tooth extraction performed by my dentist, Paul ably assisted by dental nurse Tia. As an extremely nervous patient due to a traumatic experience elsewhere, many years ago I dreaded this. I have been treated sensitively, with highest degree of professionalism and sharing of information throughout. Paul's expertise in extracting an infected tooth was just amazing and I wish to recognise him publicly. Reception staff are so efficient, professional and friendly and thankyou so much.
Paul and his assistant are always warm, friendly and welcoming, they make you feel at ease and comfortable, this is a lot for someone who does have a fear of the dentist.
