It had been 23 days since my ex had got served with divorce papers and as everyone knows they only have 21 days to file but on the 23rd day shortly after i filed the divorce by default they let him file his answer and they should not have being how it was past the 21 days and my lawyers will be pressing charges against them.
They already know why I dislike this place.
This is the new Cassia County Courthouse. It is now a secured building. Be prepared to go through a metal detector. Armed Sheriff Deputies are present just inside the front entry doors. Turn right in the hallway to pay traffic fines. There is a document in the front hall showing which courtroom is conducting trials and for who. Deputies will help you find courtroom doors if asked. You will have to be quite so you are not heard within the courtrooms.
