Hurricane water intrusion & mold found on leased home in Skye Ranch. ( Milky Way Circle) we lived in! Lots of short cuts and poor quality construction discovered during lease. Shook hands with TM reps where they said they’d stand by their homes for owners or us leasing . Home didn’t get looked after initial water intrusion ticket for over 2 months later and didn’t start to get fixed until 6 months later . The neighborhood is not truly fully gated. They advertise it as a “gated enclave” but it is not, in fact it is open to the public to access the trails. There is a lot of bait and switch in terms of amenity usage. The plans for building townhomes within the gates does not make it “resort style” living. Let’s not talk about how many homes were destroyed but bad construction and water intrusion. Taking months and years to remediate. To this day there are issues which TM does not address.
