Upon meeting dr jones she was very nice and listen to everything I had to say..then after a while I did a follow up visit since I had surgery twice and had trouble breathing and could barely speak and she took it upon herself to say I was yelling at her and was not going to stand for that which I can understand that if that was case. She further went on to say to my daughter I needed to find another doctor, which I did..when I needed her the most she let me down.
As a first time patient new to Sebastian I found The entire staff to be quite pleasant, professional and efficient. There were no long wait times and Dr. Cassi Jones is GREAT! She listened attentively and caringly; she answered all my questions thoroughly;and she and her staff sent off to refill my prescriptions and contacted the specialists to whom I asked to be referred almost immediately.
Went in as a referral from Dr. Gallo to get set up with Dr. Jones as a primary care doctor. Mentioned an infected insect bite during the well care visit and was charged $425 for the well care visit and another $333 for an office visit! Was only with her for 20 minutes! Then they misfiled my BCBS insurance so the claim was denied and now are billing me for the Entire AMOUNT! BCBS says they need to resubmit the claim, THEY (STEWARD MEDICAL GROUP) say BCBS already has the claim! MEANWHILE STEWARD IS REPORTING ME FOR NOT PAYING ... read more
Totally enjoy her!!! No nonsense and cares. Does not try to give you more than you need, but suggests the best thing for your health. VERY PLEASED!!!!Listens!!!! Staff has always been friendly as well.
