3 months to get a recheck visit in order to get a prescription refilled, a prescription my dog needs to live. Dismissive and no help.
Disappointing first experience I missed my first appointment to establish care for my dog and was charged a $60 no-show fee. I completely understand the policy and take responsibility for missing the appointment. What disappointed me was that I asked to reschedule and simply have the $60 applied toward my next visit—not refunded—and they refused, stating they make no exceptions for first-time patients.
