I do NOT recommend Cassels Strata. Communication with them is inconsistent, half-answered emails, or even just completely ignored. Any correspondence I send to the committee went from a decent response time to now taking months to get a detailed answer. Shooting the messenger? Definitely. Based on the answers the committee gave back on multiple occasions, it's clear that accurate information is not passed between parties.
Very poor communications skills and generally incompetent. Would not recommend them as a body corporate management.
After dealing with CTS at my last residence and then moving to Cassels it is crazy the difference between the two. I would recommend them as they as simple to deal with and proactive.

We recently switched to Cassels and they have been outstanding. Already presenting thorough details of requirements that were neglected by our previous body corporate. They are very responsive and ensure everything is followed up.
