Dr.Casella is a sweetheart; but his receptionist is an unprofessional liar . Several times I have scheduled appointments for myself or my child come to the office and was told I had No appointment scheduled. I usually overlook her consistently incompetence, because I like Dr. Casella . I referred my husband, had him schedule my appointment and his appointment. This dentist is weird and incompetent. What’s with the creepy pics? Those who know, know. Doesn’t care if you’re in pain during dental work and wants to do unnecessary procedures. Prosthetics and other work is misaligned. Update your skills and try caring about people.
