From the very first phone call Greg was polite and professional! He travelled to Sundre to install a A/C heat pump unit in our park model. He arrived when he said he would and the installation went very smooth! The unit works great and the outside fan is very quiet compared to the A/C units of our neighbours!! His service is exceptional and we would highly recommend Cassel HVAC and Refrigeration. Greg will definitely be our first call the next time we have any heating or cooling needs. Thanks Greg!!

Greg was very professional and transparent in his quote and with the work that was completed. He thoroughly explained everything prior to starting the job. He provided me with options for the repair and further information towards preventative maintenance that may be needed in the future. He was efficient and knew exactly what the source of the issue was and was done in a timely manner. Highly recommend and will be using Cassel HVAC for all our HVAC and refrigeration needs.
