Finally, we have a company that does not only promise, but deliver. We have had a broken commercial heating unit that was supposed to be maintained by other company. They wouldn't do anything, feeding us with promises. The whole situation changed when Greg came. What I liked the most, he would first talk to you, explain the reason our unit is down. Greg from Cassel HVAC answered my call and was over that same afternoon to diagnose and repair a problem I had with my mini split ac. He was polite, professional, and got my ac running properly again. Highly recommended!
From the very first phone call Greg was polite and professional! He travelled to Sundre to install a A/C heat pump unit in our park model. He arrived when he said he would and the installation went very smooth! The unit works great and the outside fan is very quiet compared to the A/C units of our neighbours!! His service is exceptional and we would highly recommend Cassel HVAC and Refrigeration. Greg will definitely be our first call the next time we have any heating or cooling needs. Thanks Greg!!
