I genuinely miss the level of care and professionalism that was provided by the previous physician and staff. Since the transition, my experience has been disappointing. Appointments often feel rushed, and I have not felt that my concerns were fully heard or addressed. Prescription refills, paperwork, and other patient requests frequently take much longer than expected, and communication regarding delays has been frustrating. WORST OFFICE POSSIBLE. if you want a dr who will not listen to ANYTHING you have to say, who will send your referrals to the wrong places, appointments being scheduled without your knowledge, nurses and front staff who don’t know what’s going on half the time this is your place! Cancelled my care all together and will not be back. TOO MANY ISSUES.

The clinic has nice people, but during my first appointment was told I was going to get a call for an ultrasound. 4 months later still no ultrasound. I had a genetic test done and found out my baby gender before ever getting to see her first. Changed clinics and immediately got scheduled for an ultrasound appointment. I was 6 months pregnant before ever getting an ultrasound. I would not suggest Casse or a 3rd party clinic. Go to an actual hospital for all appointments!!
