Service and pizza was great
2 pizzas delivered from Bellbrook Cassano's-not greasy! They both were hot and well--made as ordered. The Cassano's call center & service is about 2 stars if that. First-a customer cannot call the store direct, the call center people know little, and offered to connect me to the corporate office. After ringing it disconnected-spoke to no one, so here we go....when I placed my order Sunday- 2 pizzas, $38.40+$5.00 delivery fee, I asked Twyla if the driver received the $5.00 delivery fee. This is the BEST Cassanos we have ever been to. We frequent this location and the pizzas are soooo good. Every single time. The staff is super friendly and great at the job. Tonight it’s Father’s Day and this location was very busy. I listened to a customer absolutely berate and use foul language at the employees for the slight delay.
