Our pizza arrived nearly 30 minutes later than the estimated time, which is completely unacceptable. When I called to address the delay, I spoke with Jarred, whose behavior was not only unprofessional but outright rude. His dismissive attitude made it clear that customer service is not a priority for this business. I went to Cassanos tonight for a carry out and I told the lady when ordering I really wanted some garlic and asked if I could get some extra garlic somehow on the pizza. she said they only have that on the hand tossed but they are out of the hand tossed (this is after I ordered the thin crust) and I said “oh” and she said but I can put that on there for you. and I said “yay thank you!” I want an order of garlic bread too and she said I was going to suggest that, it’s really good. so I paid and came back in and they gave me a... read more
