Horrible customer service. I ordered dinner from here and one of the things was a ham Cassini. 11 dollar sandwich had maybe ONE piece of ham on it. I don’t was only offered a 4 dollar credit or a remake that I had to go back and get writhin 24 hours and bring 75 percent of the old sandwich back. I even got hung up on by one of the customer service people. Very inconvenient on my for their mistake. Definitely don’t plan to order Cassano’s ever again. Too much money on food to not get what you want.
Nice and clean location. The deluxe pizza that me and my uncle ordered was delicious. I enjoy Cassanos, it's nice when the staff is friendly and the food is tasty.
Went the other day and was pleased. It's very clean and comfortable in there. The food is on point and one of the best pizzas I've had in Ohio. Highly recommend as they are fast and accurate.
