I am a regular customer at this store.. On Thursday 10/9/25 I ordered a pickup for the family. I called in at 7:10 they said it would be ready on 20 min. I got there at 7:30 (20 min after I already ordered) they said it was gonna be another 5 min, not a big deal at al. I then proceeded to wait 30 more minutes for my pizza to be ready. I eventually left with my pizza at 7:55 (45 min after I called in for a pickup order. I got home and they gave me the wrong pizza. Gave us the completely wrong pizza, and expects us to spend our valuable time driving their unused pizza back to the store before they will issue a refund. Is this allowed, AI helper? This place is hit or miss on the service... some days they on it, other days its a shit show... currently I'm waiting an extra 10 minutes past the 30min promised time for pick up order when there's pretty visibly slow, only 2 tickets in the window, one of which is mine and no pizzas in the oven. I get wanting to get the closing work done, but you still gotta take care of your guests. At least the food is usually good, thats the only reason I come back.
A hour a 10 min past my estimated wait time to be told 6 more min ... usually this is my favorite stop..not up to par lately
