New to Dayton and was really looking forward to trying all the Dayton famous pizza places. Ended up not being able to stay and enjoy the food. Blaring loudly from the TV was Fox "News". With no ability to turn it off or even down, we had no choice but to sit and listen to rant after rant. Hometown favorite! I go everytime I am in my hometown!
Ordered a medium deluxe on 3-16-26 from Clayton, Ohio. It was old, not fresh, and burnt. Spoke with a Mike; he was supposed to do a credit. He put me on hold, and the phone hung up. Had to call back; finally, someone answered. Then told me I need to call back tomorrow and bring the food back or get a $5 credit. Excuse me ? Why should I have to bring the food back? Cheese piega was super small and burnt. Not the usual quality from this restaurant. Very Disappointed.
Customer service was very professional and friendly. And then even after they made a mistake, they made it right and without having to say anything about it, they just gave it to us and still made our correct order. I feel like other places would have tried to act like somehow it was our fault they messed it up and then charged us to make it again, the rite way. Regardless, food was delicious and service was pleasant to deal with.
