Got a coupon in the mail, but didn't realize until I arrived at Cassano's that I had to place an order from the app to get the deal. The app is absolutely terrible. The deal wouldn't populate and the app froze. I gave up and paid full price. I asked for extra sauce on my pizza and they failed to do that. Just not a great experience tonight, especially not for 50.00 dollars. *Edit* I followed the owners recommendation to email their customer support directly, which I have done - no response.
