Would leave zero stars if possible. The call center is terrible. I ordered over the phone. They sent my order to wrong location, when I arrived at the location I was supposed to pick up, I was sent to a second location, that location sent me to a third location which had my pizza. I got the sense this happens frequently.
This is the best pizza place in Springfield I walked in and was immediately greeted with a nice young man he was so sweet always nice smoothing music the pizza was great n I love the staff full of light I’ll be coming to north bechtel Cassanos’s Springfield Ohio way more often😒

This Cassanos is not one of their good places. I placed my order at 5:01pm and I have waited and just got it at 5:45pm for a XL deluxe pizza and an Italian sub with no tomato. My family has been eating at Cassanos for 30+ years i will not be going back to the one on N Bechtle in Springfield, Ohio. The lady that was getting my pizza and sub was rude did not apologize for it being an hour late but there was a niece guy that worked there that was niece.
