Took over an hour for a carry-out order after quoted 25 min. Were repeatedly told "5 or 10 more minutes" for around 45 minutes. Finally received the order and half of the food is cold. It's always this location with these issues.
In to pickup my order and the staff in back (younger black guy and a younger pregnant girl) must be amazing because my pizza was perfect, but the manager on duty (short, blondish middle age woman) was on the cell phone loudly cussing at someone while right in the window. Very unprofessional.
Would leave zero stars if possible. The call center is terrible. I ordered over the phone. They sent my order to wrong location, when I arrived at the location I was supposed to pick up, I was sent to a second location, that location sent me to a third location which had my pizza. I got the sense this happens frequently.
This is the best pizza place in Springfield I walked in and was immediately greeted with a nice young man he was so sweet always nice smoothing music the pizza was great n I love the staff full of light I’ll be coming to north bechtel Cassanos’s Springfield Ohio way more often😒
