Great pizza
I had a very disappointing experience with Cassano’s Pizza. I ordered Cassini hamburgers without bacon and added jalapeños, but instead they made a ham Cassini, which was completely wrong. I called them to correct the mistake, and they told me the replacement order would arrive in 20–30 minutes. Unfortunately, it has now been over an hour, and the replacement still has not arrived. Lived here my whole life, so I remember when it was good. I've been making my orders here farther apart time after time til I just can't deal with it. This time pre ordered 3 hrs ahead of time. It was ready.....but had been long enough that it wasn't even warm anymore in their warming rack. And I was 10 minutes early. They were slow. I get it.
