This is honestly the best pizza not only in town, but surely Orange County. No, seriously. The ingredients taste real, not frozen, the dough is thin but just right, and the cheese is to die for (and just the right amount). Coming from Europe, I can appreciate a pizza place that knows how to balance quality ingredients instead of slabbing on 1lb of greasy over-baked cheese at fast-food pizza places like Costco and many others in town who copy them.
