I'm quite late providing my support for Cassandra and her wonderful studio. The initial welcoming and calm environment hides well the sense of reverence and purpose emanating from within. While it is a small studio adjacent to another business it feels expansive. No signs of damage, destress, or decrepitednes. Cassandra herself emits strength, knowledge, and compassion. Cassandra ‘knows’ the body, she’s strong, experienced and ‘individualizes’ for what your body needs. Intuitively she finds THE knots! She creates a safe environment perfect for letting go. ❤️
