My wife and I had a terrible experience with this practice. This was literally a waste of time and money, don't fall for our mistake. The visit was OK but we needed lab work to determine a treatment. A month went by with no feedback after endless calls and messages to the office requesting feedback. They finally responded saying "Everything is OK" but our issue is not even close to resolved! The office gave me wrong diagnosis and wrong meds. The doctor is very rush... no details, no explanations, spent less than 5 minutes with you. I left worried, confused, no answers and very concerned.
I recently had a stillborn at 30 weeks. Dr. Schakett was amazing the entire time. Super reassuring, did everything possible to help me find answers and was extremely empathetic and helpful. I'm going to keep her as my doctor for as long as possible and will definitely use her for future pregnancies.
Super quick to just prescribe birth control for my painful periods. It hasn’t helped after 8 months. I wished she would have gone into more depth to help me.
