Dr Muxen was extemely rude to me. I was a patient for some time. During my recent visit she entered the room and when I wanted to discuss an issue that SHE was fully aware of, her response was "We never had a conversation about that" Even though she referred me to a specialist and ordered a CT Scan for the issue and it was in the notes from the previous vist. I was told, "I see 3ooo patients and can't be expected to remember a conversation" and "I can't remember a conversation from 90 minutes ago nevermind 6 months ago" She ... read more
Rude and snotty with no bedside manner. This office is so disorganized and they don't actually care about their patients. This doctor will lie right to your face. You're just another faceless number in the machine, another dollar sign in the pocket.
Dr Muxen is through and very professional.
Dr. Muxen is Great. She is very concerned about all her patients. She is very thorough and professional and has EXCELLENT bedside manners.
