After going to the same salon for almost 13 years, I was hesitant to make a switch but needed to find someone local for time management reasons. Working with Sam at Cassandra Mari has set my mind at ease. She worked with me the first few visits to get the color exactly right and now we're in a groove. I truly appreciate her not laughing in my face when I showed Up with a Google slide presentation at my first appointment. 😂
