I have used Cassandra Knapp Electrical twice over the last 18 months. 18 months ago, I had to bring my fuse box up to breaker box code and have my house required. After getting 4 estimates I went with her. She is licensed, bonded, insured. She was professional. She explained in detail when I asked questions. When Ace came out to hook up, the ACE guy said she did an amazing job and the city of course has to approve it which they did. More than happy with the upgrade. They did a great job. We’re there just as soon as the roads cleared for them to get there . Power had to be disconnected and she keep calling on a up date about on the power disconnect and was there as soon as it was disconnected . Then she keep calling to make sure it got reconnected . Very pleased

Called Cassandra hoping for help anytime before this next week of frigid weather. She not only responded but came out same day! Her team worked inside, outside, and even under the house. Her check list was impressive. They were polite, knowledgeable, hard working. Happy to have met her. I would call again.

Cassandra and her crew clearly listened to what we needed. During her investigation in our breaker box, to see if we had the necessary power for our extension, she found and fixed a hazard that could have burned the house down. They always cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day. Never knew they had been there. She was also very clear and fair with her billing.
