The quality of communication from the receptionist to nurse is bad. I sent three emails via MyCares and it said that it requires 72 hours to reply back to me. It is not correct. The communication between doctor and patient should be immediate. I believe in parternship and I don’t get that from this office. I am starting to look for another doctor.
