I really only saw Dr Gandle twice - Once for my colonoscopy and once briefly when the office staff messed up and she agreed to see me for my regular appointment. My complaint is the office manager & staff. Dr Gandle is now on medical leave and when I tried to switch to another Dr in the office the office staff would not let me change. Very unhappy customer.
I was very pleased with the office manager, Liz, who quickly rescheduled a previous appointment. Dr. Gandle was professional and kind.
Dr. Gandle was everything you would hope for when getting a colonoscopy...knowledgeable, reassuring, kind, and thorough. I highly recommend her!
Dr. Gandle was dismissive and rushed at my visit. I didn't feel heard at all, so ironically now I've got twice as much to say. I was surprised because my cardiologist and primary care are with Florida Medical and they have been absolutely wonderful but Dr. Gandle was a sharp contrast to that. I brought my labs from quest, imaging reports, as well as my GI Map and Genova panels from my functional medicine doctor.
