I was visiting my sister from out of town when my son had an orthodontic emergency. They got us in right away and fixed the problem even better than it was before. Everyone was incredibly kind, caring, and professional, and they made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m very grateful for their outstanding care and would highly recommend them to anyone!
I just came back from a trip to California. My daughter is currently undergoing orthodontic treatment back home in Canada. While we were in the Carmel/Monterey area, she had a problem with her palatal expander. I was worried because we were out of the country and still had one week left in our trip. When I called Cassady Orthodontics, they not only fit her in without an appointment about 45 minutes before closing, but they also adjusted her expander so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation without any worries. This place is amazing. I am out of town and they were able to squeeze me in and get rid of a wire poking my cheek to make the rest of my vacation enjoyable !
