We were visiting from San Francisco and my son’s back bracket came off and we couldn’t clip the wire. We called Dr. Cassady after hours, even though we aren’t his patient he was so kind to us! We sent him a video and he told us to come to his office the next day so he could see us. They helped us so much during a stressful time and we really appreciate them. The office was so nice and clean and all the staff were super friendly and kind.
