Dr. Cassady and his team were courteous, professional, and cheerful every time we took our son for his appointments over the last 5 or so years. No bad things to say about this team. Dr. Cassady always made sure our son was comfortable and that we always knew what was happening next during the course of his treatment. We had an A++ experience with Dr. Cassady and his wonderful team. Highly recommend!
Extremely professional and trustworthy. Their integrity is very impressive. Chad and Michele were the best! Highly knowledgeable and experienced. The entire staff, from intake to tech were exemplary.

This is a strange review for me to leave, but I think it's important to know how the staff at this office treated me today: with gracious, thoughtful kindness. I am a parent with two kids in orthodontia who had a minor hiccup on vacation. Michelle and Misty were both so happy to help me out. This office didn't stand to make a dime off of us, but helped me out anyways, with no way of knowing that behind their small effort was a huge benefit to a kid who would have been incredibly anxious for two weeks instead of enjoying what... read more
I was visiting my sister from out of town when my son had an orthodontic emergency. They got us in right away and fixed the problem even better than it was before. Everyone was incredibly kind, caring, and professional, and they made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m very grateful for their outstanding care and would highly recommend them to anyone!
