I toured several places and came back to select an apartment at Cassady North due to the manager Brandy. Many places had great location and amenities however management shapes the experience of living in a place. She was warm, accessible, and prompt at addressing questions. I hope Schottenstein properties know what a gem they have working for them!

I've lived here for three years and moved out last week, only to get a roommate at a large apartment or I would have stayed. I rarely had issues where I had to call maintenance but when I did, they responded quickly! The property manager Brandy Gambill makes sure you feel more like family then a tenant! I lived at Cassady North for three years and enjoyed my experience! The property manager Brandy Gambill goes ABOVE and BEYOND to create a clean, welcoming and enjoyable place to live! She also created events and invited food trucks to the complex to add some fun to the site. She always got back to us quickly with request and all my neighbors appreciated her as much as I do. This is the best place I have ever lived - Brandy the new property manager has provided such a kind, welcoming, friendly space to live in that it could not be more amazing! Highly recommend you visit and see the difference - it's been an incredible experience so far ☺️
