Hi everybody. I’ve lived at Cassady North for 3 years. I have to say that this is a great community in a prime location. The management and maintenance staff are all super friendly. All of my neighbors seem to look out for one another, and are kind people. The rooms are very well designed, with a lot of space. It’s a very secure complex. The rent price is very reasonable. We have lived here for over two years. Things have improved greatly since Brandy, our new property manager took over. We appreciate how she has a vested interest in our community. She addresses issues that arise and communicates updates. The property is well-maintained. Also, the maintenance staff is prompt to process work orders. Living here has been a positive experience. We definitely recommend living here.
We've lived here for almost 2 1/2 years now and are very happy here. It really starts with the manager, though. After losing our first and excellent manager, we went through a rough period of trainees who were difficult to reach and dropped the ball, so to speak. But not any more! We have Brandy and she lives here, so she knows what is happening on a daily basis.
