This company calls people to try to take they money said that you got a problem on your meter or something like that. I personally call duke and they said that if you got any problem with the meter or something they will inform you first or something. But this company is trying to make money from people calling randomly to offer a service that you don’t need watch out, scam is everywhere.. call duke or your electricity company first before agree on some crap with them i really don’t recommend this company for nothing…
Cassidy electric serviced my Generac generator this past June! Great job, but when my stove literally died last week, they came out QUICKLY and repaired the issue free of charge and with honest options of how to deal with these issues in the future! Thank you Joe for being such a hardworking and kind gentleman
The person who answers the phone and does the scheduling is extremely rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately Duke Electric uses them for the energy wise service. If I had a choice I would not use them.
