Lost power last night so I called a couple of electrical companies. All said they were booked but could accommodate me tomorrow (Sat.) but it would be a weekend emergency rate. I then contacted Cassidy Electrical who immediately said they were confident they could work me in today's schedule. I mentioned that I was expecting out -of -state company. I called in today with a question about our recent invoices. I was pleased to be greeted cheerfully by a lady who was quick to identify herself by name. Amber volunteered to do all of the 'heavy lifting' to get our issue resolved promptly. Couldn't have asked for a better call.
Dave and his sidekick Ryan from Cassady Electric came to the rescue. They were prompt, polite, and pleasant. They fixed the problems the house was experiencing (hot tub connection and some receptacles). Highly recommend Cassady and in particular Amber- who answers the phone (very pleasant) and their crew. Great service and highly recommended.
I work at a commercial property. Needed help with an electrical issue, the technician Bob I believe was his name is very professional and insightful. Also very fast service. He was on the job site within 30 minutes after calling. If we ever have a problem this company will be the first we call from now on.
