We attempted to have Cassady list our home based on what he said he would do to obtain our business, but the home only got listed on the MLS and nothing else was done, we did get 1 open house during the process, but the email blasts, social media exposure, professional photos were never done, his responses to multiple interested realtors came off as “rude and arrogant” (directed feedback from buyers realtors) even though we attempted to close the deals his responses would be “send offer”, be aware of what is promised to earn... read more
