I am writing this review to warn potential tenants about my deeply disappointing experience with this apartment complex and its management company. I signed a six-month lease to provide temporary housing for my in-laws, who had just arrived in the U.S. under my sponsorship while seeking employment. Updated Review: March 13 - An update to the saga, we actually did successfully complete the tour a few days later and in doing so we were walked into an apartment that had black mold growing up the wall, in a supposedly newly renovated apartment. The leasing agent walked us out just as fast as we were walked in, and then showed us a reasonably renovated apartment in another building. I had a scheduled tour at Cass Lake Shore Club for today, March 1st, at noon, which I booked over the phone with a leasing agent named Sera on February 25th. I arrived early at 11:50 AM, only to find the leasing office completely locked and unattended. I tried calling multiple times—no answer. I left a voicemail and waited until 12:20 PM, but no one ever showed up. To make matters worse, a resident came by during that time to pay rent and was also unable to get inside. I'm looking for a place to move too and gotta say, this whole respond to every comment with the attitude of "sorry to hear that *generic sentence on how we care* but you can contact us directly!" Is the biggest sign of a company not actually caring. People are looking for you to respond on these comments not protect yourself with a fake smile. Red flag and warning to anyone looking to move into an apartment. If it's how they treat the comments section, it's how they will treat you as a resident.
