Another huge issue we had was things were being stolen out of our storage unit. We originally had thought it was the maintenance crew because they were rhe only ones with a key to the building. We had a couple thousand dollars worth of bikes and snowboards that vanished one day along with a bike rack and some other stuff. Then finally we saw it happen. I am so far not happy with Cass Lake Shore apartments. Laundry room is disgusting! Alot of bugs in the summer. Not enough salt in the winter to make walkways safe. Maintenance has damaged both my entry way flooring and kitchen flooring by dragging a refrigerator in and out of my apartment 3x because they couldn't fix it correctly. They advertised having a gym which consisted of 4 machines all of which were broken in some way. They now have no gym. I moved here in February of 2019 to a two bedroom with my friend. A year later I transferred to a different apartment and lived there from 2020-2023. When the new ownership took over and started renovating apartments, one in my building upstairs became available. (They transferred my $400 security deposit from one apartment to the other) I stayed in the third apartment for just over two years.
