The doctors at this office are completely kind and efficient at their work. That said they are only open two days and are completely disorganized. They just closed down their office because of COVID, for over a month but failed to notify any of their patients who had appointments with them during that time (myself and my wife included). We are looking for a new practice for services that need to get done by an organized office.
Choosing a dentist is never easy. I have moved but I am still coming back to this place because of how great their service is. I've gotten my teeth whitened, fillings done and even my permanent retainer touched up....I'll stop there lol. I have no regrets with choosing this place and everyone is so friendly. Fantastic experience so far - staff is courteous and professional and the facilities are clean and comfortable. Had my Teeth straightened with Invisalign and Dr.Mashnouk was very detail oriented and kept me informed of the progress and next steps throughout. Nancy at the front desk is an insurance wizard and always reminds you via phone call the day before your appointment. Very close-knit family feel here and I would recommend them to anyone!
I can't tell you how afraid I as of going to the dentist. I had spent years hiding my smile or covering it up with my hand. I knew that the work I needed done would not only be painful (in my mind) but painful in my wallet. Dr. Bana is a SUPER HERO! She took about 3 months to totally transform my smile! She explained everything to me along the way, put my mind at ease and held my hand along the way! I would highly recommend her and her team.
