I give it one star because every time I call they never pick up the phone. They answered me there, they did an extraction, they charged me more because they say it's surgical, and for almost a month I had to remove pieces of tooth that they left me.
I've been going here for my general medical and dental care for several years. I have always received quality care.
What's told they would work with us on my daughter getting to see a counselor. Told us even if we were 10 minutes late they would work with us. Showed up 3 minutes late and was told that they would not see my daughter. This place keeps going downhill.
Never answer phones. Quick to cancel your appointments. Make appointments and then when you get there find our you don't have one. Dentist are great. Office staff seem clueless
