I wanted to thank this shop for their quality work and courteous service. Jeff the office manager personally took care of my claim and it was very easy for me. Being a woman, it sometimes is uncomfortable dealing with car stuff. I could not be more satisfied with their level of service. Good price, clean shop, and they even gave me cookies when my car was done. Thanks Jeff and staff-great job:)
Giving one star is a disservice to that one lonely star. So I took my car in on a monday morning with an estimated time of 4 days. So when I called thursday to see if my car was going to be done I was surprised to hear that they ordered a bad part and would be an extra day. No big deal, but really I mean you couldn't have called me and let me know that. I have to find out when I call and ask.
