I specifically told the manager who was in charge of my claim I DONT WANT THE LOOK OF MY CAR CHANGED, I told the manager in person toe to toe, eye to eye, when I dropped my car off very simple instructions. I proceeded to express my main concerns are that this car comes out exactly how it was, I dont want the look of the car to be different.
