i was the only 1 there and got service the minute i walked in the door. at these urgent cares you will always get a NP.the the NP could tell i was a basket case but still done the required workNP i had was ver understanding with all the chronic problems i have she done right.i was very pleased!! i wish i could get a NP like her every time she could even be my doctor if it was right?oh the hospitals pharmacy very fast very good ppl.
They’re about as useless as googling what’s wrong with you. Came in sick as heck and all they had to say was it’s some kind of virus… obviously I knew that but I came here to figure out what kind of virus it is 🤦♀️
Have been running here for years. My kids always get sick after school or weekends. The wait is never that bad and they have always helped treat us effectively. So thankful they are there!
I had a terrible experience going here, I went in for a sore throat. the doc said my throat was very irritated, and red. She asked if I would like some Motrin but completely forgot I guess because that never came. She said the flu/strep swab would take 15 mins for the results, more like 45 mins to an hour. So here I am left with the same sore throat and no help whatsoever. Waste of time.
So grateful to have an urgent care facility nearby where folks treat you kindly and promptly. I’ve never experienced more than a half hour wait here, most of the time I’ve been seen immediately. They even took me in a minute before closing and tested and treated my strep throat with my first dose of amoxicillin before leaving that night. I highly recommend this clinic!
