I asked what the cost of a procedure would be. The lady I was transferred to acted as if looking up the code to determine the cost of a procedure was IMPOSSIBLE to do. She assured me the price didn't matter, because they have a payment plan...She interrupted me when I was speaking and became incredibly terse simply because I disagreed that the payment plan option negated the need to know the cost. The provider who kindly answered my questions on Saturday night was wonderful. But the hostile individual I spoke to on Sunday morning needs to reconsider her vocation (I believe she's a Nurse Practitioner?) Sad that some of the healthcare "professionals" at this clinic can't even feign professionalism!
They make feeling like crude easy. They are fast, responsive, and taht the time to explain everything.
i was the only 1 there and got service the minute i walked in the door. at these urgent cares you will always get a NP.the the NP could tell i was a basket case but still done the required workNP i had was ver understanding with all the chronic problems i have she done right.i was very pleased!! i wish i could get a NP like her every time she could even be my doctor if it was right?oh the hospitals pharmacy very fast very good ppl.
They’re about as useless as googling what’s wrong with you. Came in sick as heck and all they had to say was it’s some kind of virus… obviously I knew that but I came here to figure out what kind of virus it is 🤦♀️
