They vanished off the face of the earth before my lease term had finished. The next thing I know the property is being managed by a different real estate company. They didn't have the courtesy to let me know. Their customer service was mainly unresponsive throughout my tenancy. I found them to be sub-par.
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, even if they manage properties for free, still think twice. Upon taking over our shop’s property management, the branch manager Sabina Hogue called us and demand we tell her how much h rent and outgoings that we normally paid. We advised her to go back to the landlord for such information and then she started abusing us and said we are a bunch of losers.
