I purchased a vehicle from this dealership based on it being advertised as safetied and fully operational. Given the strong reviews, I chose this dealer and also traded in my own vehicle. Unfortunately, problems began the very same day. While swapping license plates, the check engine light illuminated and a sliding door stopped functioning. What a pleasure it was dealing a professional and courteous businessman such as Mo. He was super helpful and willing to answer all the questions we had for him. He was not hurried in any way and treated us with respect. It's hard to find good customer service these days but be assured Mo is A+ if you decide to do business with him. Thank you, Mo! Fantastic experience. Mo didn't sell me. He was confident of his offering, handed me the keys & left me to it. He said it would sell itself. It did. He knew I had 1000 kms to do the day after purchase, cert., warranty & numerous free coffees were done. He wanted a follow up call to report the experience. Additionally, I like his straightforward approach, socially. I'm not friendly to people that I get a bad vibe from. This guy's solid. I'd vouch for him.
