I love this community. The residents are friendly, and the management is accommodating and helpful. I appreciate the quiet atmosphere and feel safe walking around the area. I am approaching one year living at Caspian, and I haven't experienced any problems.
5 star tour of the property.
We love our new apartment! It is spacious, modern, and very well insulated. The property is well taken care of and the amenities are luxurious. The leasing team made our move in process easy and were always there to answer any questions.
Based on the level of customer service from this experience alone, I will not be renewing my lease. I actually can't wait for it to end and i may break it earlier. Stackers malfunction often, elevators are down regularly, calls are hardly ever answered, outages are the consistent norm. Yesterday i parked my car outside of the stacker because it was not working, AGAIN. Called maintenance, called the front desk, called the online phone number and no one was responsive.
