We have been complaining of the broke centralized Air condition in the apartment two times and the maintenance manager and the leasing staff stated that they are trying to get the parts. It is very hot in the aprtment and I have to separately buy a portable air condition that runs 24/7 which increases my current electric bills on top of the energy bill arhat Caspian bills everybody. Great tour and beautiful building, Mike was very informative and kind, price was a bit out my range but I’ll consider coming back if things change!
Fire pit was fixed after my second request, however, I was never notified. I just had to keep trying until one day it was working again. It's working beautifully now though, so I am happy it was fixed :)
3 management changes in under 2 years.... Do not rent here, staff are unresponsive, rude and liars. Stackers are constantly failing, elevators are constantly out of service, gym equipment constantly out of order, people are smoking in the building and they don't fix doors leading to the outside - creating a security risk. While it looks like a luxury building they are not, they will nickel and dime you on everything.
