ABSOLUTELY 1/10!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! i recently bought an iphone xr from here, turned it on at home, it was already set up? which i thought was weird, i connected it to my home wifi and then it shut off. within 10 minutes i was getting notifications from my bank, google, apple all saying my accounts were logged into! i lost over 50000 dollars from my life savings i was going to use as a down payment on a house, AND I WAS UNABLE TO DISPUTE THEM! Excellent customer service and prompt fast repair on phone
Think carefully before getting repairs done. Took my S22 in to replace a swollen battery. Got my phone home and put on samsung charger, screen went blank. Took phone back, they said I must of dropped it (I didn't), gave me 20% off new screen. Took phone home and it wouldn't see my sim. Took it back and they got the sim recognised by replacing something else at no cost to me. Phone stopped registering to Telstra but no-one can say why.
