I purchased new cart batteries from them last year and they are shot this year. I have found out that the gave me recycled batteries but never told me and charged me over $1000 for them. When I asked what’s wrong with the batteries they blamed the place I stored my cart. They suggested that maybe the switched them and if not they removed the date stickers off them. Beware about using them!!! They will respond with “there was red substance on the battery” as I explained that was an anti corrosion I put on the batteries last... read more
I’m wondering if anyone else has been ripped off by Casper’s Carts? I purchased new cart batteries from them last year and they are shot this year.
