I had a very smooth experience. The staff members were knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a mattress in about five minutes! They also brought it to the parking garage for me.
I’ve been struggling to find the perfect pillow for months. I’ve heard great things about Casper but never experienced their beds or pillows first hand. Maylene was extremely patient and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and making sure I found the perfect pillow that checked all my boxes. The great thing about this store is you can actually try everything before you buy it. Loved my experience here and highly recommend!
Steven was extremely helpful describing the bundle taking into account my nerve damage and health needs . We were very happy to order from the store directly for the best results.
The sales group was wonderful, gracious, and accommodating. I tried two beds for a while, asked some questions and left. I returned a few days later and my sales person was absent, but the one I then engaged with was just as helpful and remembered me. When I made the purchase she made sure to say the the first sales rep would be getting the credit.
