I was shopping online at the Casper website and used Chat to ask a few questions. Christopher responded and offered good advice. He also provided me with extra discounts over and above what was listed on the website. He was very helpful and generous.
Christopher was such a big help, he helped me choose the right mattress and pillows and get my order placed. Can't wait to receive it!
The team here was so helpful and kind. Chris explained all the different mattress options and provided the space for me to think and choose. This allowed me to really be thoughtful about this big purchase and I am so happy I went with choosing a Casper mattress. It is 100% worth the money.
