My wife and I were looking to get a king sized mattress to replace our queen. We decided to try out Casper during Memorial Day. One of the supervisors, Chris, welcomed us and was extremely helpful in explaining their product line and taking us through their catalog, explaining the differences among the mattresses (material, coolness, side or back sleepers) and helping us test each one. He let us take our time and helped narrow down the choices. We’ve now had the mattress for 3 or so months and loving it!
Christopher helped me out on line when Iwhen I was confused about discount codes. Nice to get a real person from a store to help out!
Christopher and their coworker (I’m so sorry! I can’t remember their name, but they were great) were incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable on the products! They helped me find a mattress that was a perfect fit for me, and the price was fantastic compared to other mattress stores!
Great in store experience, friendly staff, nice to get to try out the beds and pillows. Competitive pricing to any online deals. Christopher and his team helpful in the process.
