Best experience you could ask for. My partner and I went to the Casper store at Sherway Gardens on Saturday after stepping into the Endy store first. It was a night and day experience compared to Endy. We spoke to Edward at Casper and he was great! Very easy to talk to, showed genuine interest and wasn’t pushy. In the market for a new mattress. Chris was helpful and patient with all our questions. Unlike Endy specialist next door, who did not show interest in selling their product, Chris allowed us to explore and ask our questions. We purchased a Queen mattress and excited to recieve this. Thanks Chris for helping us out!
Great experience at first. Ordered a casper original hybrid. Got the mattress home and when I sat on it it didn't feel the same at all. Found out it is because I just have it on slats. The beds in the showroom are on a different base When I called them they said to just get a piece of plywood to put underneath. Casper should let you know or tell you what type of base you need. Not going to put plywood on my grame after paying almost 1800 for the mattress. Also impossible to get thru to customer service
Good mattresses a bit pricey, but watch out for the high pressure sales tactics that they’ll use. I was on the brink of buying and I just wanted to checkout other options in the mall but the guy said he won’t offer anything if we leave. Mattresses great though !!!
