My wife and I each bought twin XL two years ago. My wife’s has been fine, but after about six months, my mattress started getting soft in the middle. Casper was pretty good about it and sent me a new replacement. However, when I opened it up and put it on my bed, it was much worse than the mattress it was replacing! I have been going back-and-forth with Casper for months now trying to get another replacement and they keep refusing! The mattress is incredibly terrible and I will never buy another mattress from Casper!
Two Twin XL NOVAs for a split king setup. Mathew was very experienced and knowledgeable about their products and he guided us to the right product. His first suggestion was a correct fit for us even though we opted to test out all of them. Very nice product and a much needed change from previous mattress.
Stay far away from this place, horrible customer service! waited 2 weeks for delivery and still no bed. Sales person sold us a great experience we got a week of hell trying to get our bed. Order from somewhere online, do not shop here. Don't trust anyone you speak to at this store.
