**** DO NOT GO HERE! **** THIS PLACE IS A J O K E! IT IS ABSOLUTELY NO WONDER THIS PLACE HAS A 2 STAR RATING!!! THE BROWN HAIR RECEPTIONIST WITH GLASSES IS AND HAS BEEN FROM THE START A REAL PEICE OF WORK. HER SNOTTY ATTITUDE IS COSTING THAT PLACE PLACE MONEY! Dr. Sheridan was great. Delivered my second child in 2023. Since then I haven’t been back in because my appointments have been cancelled by them and rescheduled. I drove 2 hours for my appointment in January to find out they cancelled it. We rescheduled in March. I got a call two days before that my appointment would be rescheduled to July with a different doctor since I’m now considered a new patient and was marked a no show for the last appointment that they cancelled. I have since found a new doctor.
Don't go here unless you want to get the worst care possible from Dr heib and nurse Miranda. They never listened to my concerns once. The manager waited til last minute made me waste my time and gas. To tell me because of me ranting on casper business rants and raves and in said post I raved Dr. Jeniffer and nurse Brittany. But apparently my post was to concerning for them. So they canceled me as a patient in person at the appointment. I apparently didn't have. The manager proceeded to say we sent it to you in the mail. But ... read more
The staff is amazing. They were amazing helping my fiance and me navigate our way through our first pregnancy. Dr Sheridan is amazing when I was in labor she was a amazing on talking my fiance and me threw everything thing that was happening and answered all the questions we had. It was extremely reassuring having a doctor that took the time to explain everything and being supportive too. I highly recommend Dr. Sherdian and her while team they are amazing and kind people.
