The state of prenatal care in Casper is in a bad place. There are very few options, so this place will give any reason to not see you because they are over loaded with patients. Even though Dr. Sheridan delivered my baby 24 months ago, they will not let me be a patient with this baby because I had an initial consult that with her 14 YEARS AGO, in 2012, which I didn’t even remember having. **** DO NOT GO HERE! **** THIS PLACE IS A J O K E! IT IS ABSOLUTELY NO WONDER THIS PLACE HAS A 2 STAR RATING!!! THE BROWN HAIR RECEPTIONIST WITH GLASSES IS AND HAS BEEN FROM THE START A REAL PEICE OF WORK. HER SNOTTY ATTITUDE IS COSTING THAT PLACE PLACE MONEY! Dr. Sheridan was great. Delivered my second child in 2023. Since then I haven’t been back in because my appointments have been cancelled by them and rescheduled. I drove 2 hours for my appointment in January to find out they cancelled it. We rescheduled in March. I got a call two days before that my appointment would be rescheduled to July with a different doctor since I’m now considered a new patient and was marked a no show for the last appointment that they cancelled. I have since found a new doctor.
