This Casper Snow Max mattress was going to be my first purchase of a "mattress in a box." I must admit that I had concerns how a mattress compressed in a box would expand into regular size. The salesperson named Cristopher was wonderful at explaining the mattress and working through the purchase of the mattress. The mattress was shipped by UPS and arrived in a timely manner.
