Ms. Liz Cipriano was wonderful. The whole staff is amazing, also. She not only answered and helped with questions about the product, she also took the time to talk and be so nice to my granddaughters. The store atmosphere is so welcoming.

Very friendly sales associates. Very patient. Our pillow purchase was one of Very detailed questions, and sampling. They accommodated the trying out of the pillows without "hovering " and let us make an informed decision. We purchased the down king pillow. It smells like chickens, so we know it has real down in it! Lol! After airing the pillow out, it provided wonderful neck pain free sleep. Definitely would recommend. Oh yeah, pick up a King sized pillow cover before you bring it home too!
I was so happy to see the store has reopened in the mall. They make the most comfortable pillows I have ever slept on. Great customer service, very helpful with explaining anything you need to know about the pillows and care. I went in for 1, walked out with 2.
