I want to share my positive experience at the Casper Noho Manhattan store. When I had trouble with a warranty claim on my Casper mattress, I visited the store and discussed my issue. The staff listened, showed genuine sympathy, and offered helpful tips. They even made calls on my behalf, which helped resolve the claim. Beyond the resolution, it was wonderful to encounter staff who truly take pride in their work and genuinely want to help. Thank you to the team at the Noho Casper store.
I just a wonderful experience here today with Janel. I wasn’t even planning on getting a Casper bed but I was taken away with the service. Don’t walk, run to Casper. I’m leaving with sheets, pillows and a mattress and I am 100% confident it was the right decision. Also they are letting me take it all straight from the store which is amazing

I tried 2 mattresses and told the rep I’d like to explore a few more options before making a decision. Her response: “Can you leave so I can prepare for customers who actually want to buy?” That one sentence was enough to lose a customer for good.
Walked in for only 5 secs, the staff said ‘if you wanted to have a look, stay in this area.’ Uhmm, it seems I am not welcome for some reason……
