I tried 2 mattresses and told the rep I’d like to explore a few more options before making a decision. Her response: “Can you leave so I can prepare for customers who actually want to buy?” That one sentence was enough to lose a customer for good.
Walked in for only 5 secs, the staff said ‘if you wanted to have a look, stay in this area.’ Uhmm, it seems I am not welcome for some reason……
Dom was the absolute best !!!! Super cool and knew so much about all of the products. You have to buy your mattress from him. My husband and I went to four stores prior and he was so funny, sweet and treated us like normal people instead of a sales person vulture. Didn’t pressure us at all and made us feel so comfortable!!! Bought a mattress, two pillows, mattress protector and shee set !
We purchased a king size and it came 2 inches short on width. Customer service refused to do anything, stating it’s “within the tolerance given to foam mattress manufacturers”. Please save yourself some money and go somewhere else.
