Ordered some bed sheets online but did not like the color. So I went to this store to return it. Horrible service. Refused for me to return it at the store. Not going there again. I might as well just buy stuff from Amazon. It’s huge disappointment, I used Casper products for years and that’s going to be stopped.
Jose was very helpful at the Casper NoHo flagship location. He showed us all the different options at our price point and helped us make our final decision. Excited with our purchase and would recommend working with Jose!
We had such a great experience picking out our mattress at Casper yesterday.
