We had a great experience at Casper thanks to Giselle. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the key differences between each mattress and base. Giselle was absolutely outstanding. She helped me choose the perfect mattress for my daughter’s new bed and went above and beyond by holding it for me for a couple of weeks until I could make it to the Menlo Park location. On pickup day, she even talked me through the mall parking over the phone, brought the mattress out herself on a hand truck, and insisted on loading it into my pickup. This place is so awesome 👍. The beds are really awesome especially the dream max, it's super soft. The employees are also really nice, the first time I went there an employee named David was there and he was really helpful. I would give this place 10 million stars if I could.
Giselle was superb in assisting us after ordering online. We got the new model that we didn’t know about plus the pillow and sheet bundle which are amazing. Mattress was delivered and ready to have a great night of sleep finally. Thank you so much.
Carlos Martinez and Giselle Vicente at the Casper store in Menlo Mall was very helpful. They took their time in explaining the various mattresses, and bed frame options. They was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.
