I highly recommend working with Carlos if you're not sure what you're looking for or haven't heard about Casper. I always request to work with Carlos, he is extremely knowledgeable about all Casper products. I have a few duvets, a bunch of sheets and covers, and have been in love with my bed even more than ever. I always recommend to anyone to use Casper products for a cozy bed.
