Poor communication. Poor delivery. If you schedule a delivery ahead of time (2-3 weeks out), don’t be surprised if they ship your mattress and accessories much earlier. Like before you even move in. Then they got mad at me for not accepting the delivery when I am not a tenant in my building yet! And when you call, they’ll hang up on you mid-call to take care of other matters. Thanks for nothing.
I had bought 2 pillows and a weighted blanket from here. When it was time to switch my mattress Giselle and Ed gave me and my fiancé great advice, explaining the science behind the mattress and why we might not be resting well, as well as providing expert recommendations. We went with the Snow mattress and holy cow have we been sleeping good.
